Subject: Payloader bale spear

Storla SD
A couple people asked about the triple bale spear that I have on my payloader. Loader is a New Holland LW 130b. The main frame of the spear is an old 8rw glenco cultivator frame turn on its side then I just flipped the three point arms over and welded them to the frame and put a piece of metal inside them that matches the angle of the bucket. A hole on each side of the bucket is the only thing done to the loader. It had 6 49" spears on it right away but with really tight corn stalk bales they wouldn't go all the way on very easily so we paired a short spear with the longer ones. It was designed to spear on each side of center about 15" but with the paired spears we know put the long one in the center of each bale and the short one just stabilizes it.
