| Lots of people think rentals is a bad idea. We own apartment buildings (6plex, 10plex ect.). If you run the business properly and screen the people it is one of the best business's going. Very cash flow positive even in the first year. We find they are a lot less work then farming. Your prices for rent only go up ( at least in the last 40 years). They are also recession proof we find anyway. There are some bad apples but for the most part it is a very powerful investment. Helps buy and pay for farms. | |
