K-1 or 1099 from the actual fund yet. A few years ago I bot some shares of USO a fund that tracks oils futures my tax forms ( I think they were K-1) didn't come to the middle of March well after I filed as a farmer on March 1.
I received the K-1 a couple days ago (after taxes were already done, but not submitted yet!). The instructions on the K-1 tell me what forms to use and which lines to fill in. But it doesn't mention the multiple choice question I am asking about. They do have a toll free number to call with questions, so I'll call them today. Thanks to everyone. |
