Subject: 7250R front axle lhub oil

Manitoba
deere was out to put new seals in front axle (warranty) and said the oil was black and needed changed. this tractor only has 600 hours and probably 500 of those hours have been stationary hours just running a grain auger. and when it was moving I don't know if the front wheel drive has ever been engaged. what would cause this oil to go for crap so quick? does deere use a "break-in" grade oil? Also would it be best to put in a synthetic 75w90? that's what we use in our semi trucks with good luck.
