The local basis around here has been -22 basically since harvest. Just this week it changed to -16. Heads up.......It's not the same picture everywhere. Most of the beans around here are processed locally with some being shipped to the southeast I believe.
Tiger "Heads up.......It's not the same picture everywhere" Really ? and here I thought everyone had my -.75 bean basis If you read my post again you will see that I asked what's the other parts of the country doing ?
You've had the hot basis all season and this is WHY corn from my area is/has/will move east And it maybe be a wise idea to remember what happened out east with 2012 crop into summer 2013. PLUS some of this out east needs to look up north like to Canada north.
Don't worry. Your informational posts are well known. You obviously put a lot of time and energy in on this site. Sometimes, the rest of the story needs to be told.
