NW Indiana | Is the fact there is no point in rationing demand when there is currently ample supply. Even with a crop problem and a 12 billion bushel crop wouldn't it be wise to ration once you know what you have to work with? It makes sense to ration if we were concerned about running out in September or October but what you would be referring to is 18 months away. The trade simply does NOT view it along the way you are thinking so why fight the tape? If what you are saying was a concern on acres the trade would have indicated so in February.
It seems to me most responses have been in the view of hope and not what recent history has shown. I heard the same arguments this time last year, how did that work out during those 90 days? | |
