I would use Heating oil as more of a baseline, I bought in about the timeframe you mentioned for $ 1.004 and heard a rumor it was down to .78 last week.     They talk about the "Rack price" which I kinda think is like a grain elevator and they can manipulate the "basis" to fit there needs.   If they are running out of storage it could be way less than heating oil, but if demand is high rack price could likely be way higher.   Plus how many middle men are in the deal too ??     Goodluck, I think I'd get it ordered before long but thats just me.   My $.02
