East Central SD | I lived thru the 80's also and what you say is true. Heard FIL talk to another old fellow and asked if he got any money in on the high rate of interest. He mentioned that he was getting 16.5%. I mentioned that I got some too, but at 19%. There eyebrows raised, and I said that is what I am paying on my loan.
