WC MN | Agvise does fertility research every year to check reponse to their recs. Single digit P levels mean your chances of 50 bu beans are low. Pro germinator is fine as the cherry on top but you need a couple hundred pounds of MESZ, MAP or DAP as a foundation to supply P. If you want high P levels either start a livestock operation or get serious about fertilizer, 200+ corn is very doable in your dirt. Follow that rec to a T on all or part of the field for a few years and you will quit worrying about tieup. Deep band or strip till if broadcast bothers you. | |
