Good Ol' East Texas | Sounds like a good deal to me. I look at a lease if you like the tractor buy it at the end and if the tractor has been a piece crap let them have it at the end and don't have to worry about losing money on the trade. Leasing you know exactly what it costs to operate that tractor.
Some of the leases we have made the tractor is not worth the money at the end of the lease. The buyout is much higher than the tractor is actually worth. Maybe it is because used prices are falling or we got a good deal to run per hour. So if we had bought those tractors and tried to trade then off we would of lost money. | |
