Bond spreads between 1 year and 10 year are lowest they have been since 2008.

The yield curve is flattening, which over the years as been a good indicator of overall economic conditions.

The U.S. economy is slowing lowering yields of the longer maturities and if the economy continues to soften, I would expect yields of the longer maturities to continue to soften as well.
