I haven't checked in several weeks on basis levels around here but I bet they're similar to your's. Our milo bid would be a dime or two better I think.

When I add in the fact that I need corn for feed, if I had to buy it, it'll be over $4.50

So grow 40-50 bu wheat and get $3.80 or 80-100 bu corn for $4.50 with $50-80 more per acre in it. Only sowed 20% of the wheat we had just 3 years ago. I'm not thrilled with planting corn but wheat has a greater than 80% chance of losing $$$. Probably 3/4 of our wheat will get cattle on thru May and leave a little for seed.
