you need an attribute on your soil sample zones map that says something like sample zone (you will have to create that attribute and add it to the map) then that will link with your sample zone on the Midwest lab csv file. I wouldn't begin to be able to explain to you how to do it though as it took me several days and a lot of support from Agleader to get it all to come out right.
