Ripley, Ontario Canada | I agree that money is likely the main driver, but occasionally it's not, those farms are worth paying more to rent, even though you have to pay for other things (like cutting grass), because you are less likely to loose them, or at least get a chance to deal with the landowner if things have to change. IF high $ gets the lease, you could loose it as soon as the lease is up, or maybe sooner, plan accordingly. | |
