Subject: Couple TFX2 auger questions

WC Minnesota
I recently got a Westfield TFX2 auger and as to what the book said I put a 10hp electric motor on it which is working great. The problem is that the book says to put an 8 inch pulley on the motor. I did this and it seems like the auger is running very fast. It kicks out a lot of corn. I'm thinking I'll put a smaller pulley on it to slow it down but what size should I use?
The other thing is the wheel, the single wheel on the jack. It always seems to want to turn on the auger tube. I've tightened all of the bolts as tight as I could get them and it still happened. Any ideas on how to get it to stay in place?
Thanks
