NCND | The results of strategic review may have stated there was more value in selling the business than operating it. Not a leap at all. That's why they do strategic reviews to see what needs to be sold, who should be laid off, ect. Mdu in nd just completed one before Christmas and they were laying off people the week it was completed. Way the world works.
