Yeah I only go fixed I not much of a fan of Adjustable rates. I thought it didn't sound bad and I was going to proceed. I just figured it wouldn't hurt to ask you guys. Thanks for your input. Maybe this is
also a first time deal since I buying my first farm. I meet with the lady after I get back from a florida trip then I will be ironing out all the details.
