Or possibly last years weakness was Brazil/Arg production going from 145MMT in the summer WASDE combined to a final of 157.6MMT. US exports in that same time frame went from 1.625 bil to 1.843 bil. So if it was US export cancelations causing the weakness, I would hate to have seen it if US exports actually went down.
