| I have a 822 Fendt equipped with vario guide that is RTK equipped and has a JD 2630 additional virtual terminal installed to run my JD corn planter with its section control and all. The problem is that the JD terminal will not recognize the RTK signal , everything will work with the wass signal. We have removed the glonass signals from the Fendt as was suggested by a service memo. We have also changed the number decimals the Fendt transmits the long and lat in, as the JD is different .We have also connected a laptop to the output of the signal and have confirmed the proper NEMA strings are being sent to the 2630. Iam from Ontario and have contacted every dealer in the province and no one has ever done this, have also contacted one in Michigan and got the same answer, they all just steer the tractors with the 2630 and have a starfire receiver . Have contacted the agco senior marketing specialist in Taber Alberta and he says this can be done and has been done in the USA some where. He also says the is some kind of unlock for the 2630. I have contacted JD several time on this question and they say not, as all there unlocks come through the JD receiver.
My question is has anyone on here done this or know of this, as Iam very anxious to get this solved as it has being going on for 3years at this point and would like to get it going for this spring.
Thanks
