niobrara nebraska | my first large land loan was a 6.75% fixed for 15 years back in 2010. 90,000 in principle. Read the fine print. Very large early pay down or refinance charges on mine. Would have loved to refinance since then but the fees/charges make it a waste of time and effort. So buyer beware when you are signing and initialing all those pages. I learned about the prepay portion when I was just paying extra principle since I couldn't refi. Worked for 2 years before I was "caught" and told no more. | |
