I've had 2 knee surgeries. Same knee. First time at 15 and second time at 18.
Rehab rehab rehab. Do what they tell you and more. But not too much more!
Be prepared cuz they will MAKE you bend that knee within 24 hours after surgery. And it will hurt! Good news is it's not the worse surgery in the world. Ask for a cryo cuff from wherever you have the surgery so insurance pays for it. It makes icing your knee so much easier and comfortable. (Pic below). You fill the jug with ice water and it runs cold water into the cuff wrapped around your knee

I'd take both my knee surgeries over the one shoulder surgery I had.
