China, Why we shouldn't expect or depend on an increase of imported corn, especially from here.

Right now they expect to have a carryout of almost 4.5 bbu, they use close to 8.4 and grow around 8.8 bbu. They are expected to import 99 mbu and export about 2 mbu.
They were at one time second to the US in exports, just ahead of Argentina.
