has anyone here got loans tied to the libor rate for real estate. they are adjusted monthly but are very low currently the rate is .42%. has not been above 4% since 2007. just looks to me like with all the worlds debt rates will not be able to go higher or the debts will be to large to pay back. just wondered for those that have them what your thoughts are pros and cons.
