I agree 9670.

6499 is one of those hybrids that I could plant on all of my acres. Many could beat it in specific situations. But as a whole it's a competitive hybrid on all of my acres. And in the OP's situation it should be on that list of possibilities IMO.

I'm very glad the OP asked this question though. I've been wanting to ask about studies of high and low fertility on similar soil types and hybrid reaction to it.
