Personally I don't know how anyone could sleep at night when broadcasting urea on corn, I guess I'm more of a positive placement guy.



Actually the more canopy volitization is minimized by shade and any they does occur is soaked up by the underneath of the corn leaves, which is actually the most efficient place on a plant to uptake nutrients but usually not recognized or any way to take place :-)
