| I'm not asking for a prediction I'm asking for an opinion. I have my thoughts on where prices might be. I have goals and rent locked in for two years so what's wrong with have an estimated number on paper to go with it. I know there a hundreds of things that can and will influence price in the future but why not have a solid plan. One influence I'm surprised no one has brought up here is the presidential elections and how that will be a major influence on the markets. | |
