Before adding memory, verify how much your motherboard will support, and what type of memory is needed. I've found that the easiest way to do this is to go to www.crucial.com then download and run their memory checker. Almost always, I've also found that their memory is also the most affordable.
Unless you are a geek, do this. I think they have a "scanner" to check your computer for how much RAM you have and will tell you how much you can upgrade to.
Of course they sell it, but by buying it from them its a sure fit... |
