We have a 4010 on a feed grinder that gets a ton of PTO work. About every 5 years we have to replace the PTO clutch fingers where they wear the ends off ( much quicker and cheaper than replacing clutch), you can replace from the bottom, as Indy said "not much fun" and if the clutch adjusting rod doesn't do it you might look at those clutch fingers.
