I usually just lay my leaf blower near the pile and let it idle, amazing what a little airflow will do. Once you get a little fire going, it turns into a big one by itself. If the OP really wants something, I would go with an old silo blower, can't believe they go for more than scrap price, and you've already got wheels, PTO, etc.
Would this fan move enough air to help burn brush piles?
