I have an 95 IH 9300 that the brakes are super touchy on. When you apply the drivers lock almost immediately. It seems like the rest of the wheels don't do anything. It's rather annoying especially in the winter. I have read that maybe the foot valve is the culprit. What does everyone think? Thanks in advance, Nate
