I've tried doing the New Year's resolution thing, or just quitting at times because it is a bad habit & not a good thing to do, but I start climbing the walls & fail every time. Lent must be a "Spiritual thing" because I can purge my last dip before church on Ash Wednesday and never crave it at all after that...until of course, the aforementioned "agricultural stress" kicks in months later...ha! |
