Really, the only way to buy Craftsman tools is watching the sales flier, every week a different set of stuff is 1/2 off. Screwdrivers one week, 200 piece starter kit the next, followed by jumbo wrenches the next. Probably a little quiet now, November and December are their big sale months of the year.
