E.Central MN | That engine can be a pain to get the valve cover gasket to stop leaking. After a couple times of trying it(with new valve cover gaskets) and it still leaked we asked the mechanic at the dealer. He said to use gasket adhesive on both sides of the gasket. Going to be a pain to take off next time, but it stopped leaking. Also make sure that its the gasket that's leaking, a leaking injector will sometimes leak down around the valve cover and look like an oil leak. | |
