We had a 284 and traded to a 2100 two years ago. The big difference is the air ride on the 2100 there are a few other things that are nice but the later 284 would have those. Nice machines overall the 284 will turn much shorter if your in small fields took a little while to learn to turn into the rows with the 2100.
