arrangements on hog facilities........sounds like someone else owns the hogs, and your payment for the rent and for the care is cash plus the manure.  Any discussion to date with tax person about why the manure is not deemed to be commodity wages, and therefore when sold, not subject to se tax?

approximate amount of investment in equipment.

probable future arrangement on equipment.........and land........ie buying more of each?
