Subject: 15" Cover Crop

Linwood, NC

I was wondering who has been planting their cover crops in 15" spacing using their planter vs drilling. Do you think you are lacking not having complete ground cover early in the season? I have a John Deere 1780 12/23 Vac planter I would like to use instead of getting a drill. Thanks
