Attended the ACRES conference in Pittsburgh 7-10 Dec. One speaker mentioned that GMO crops are lower in BRIX, and that each trait added further decreases food value. Makes me wonder if the pollen is similarly affected, such that bee populations are dying off from lack of nutrition.
