ne iowa | I would just base the flex on the price of corn. Use the fall crop insurance price times a factor to equal an average cash rent for the area. The renter is protected against a price drop, the owner gets a share if the price goes up. The renter shoulders all the yield risk. Very simple and the owner doesn't have to worry about yield. What do others think of that idea? | |
