SE Indiana | I would say don't sign. We had notill agreement and I know other that have had them. Everyone thought it was until they could fix the problem and that has been several years. We had a pipeline project come across our land nearly 4 years ago and they have still not fixed the land to the spec's of the contract. In my experience they are very hard to deal with and know you can't stop them from using the pipeline so they drag their feet about making repairs to land. If you have to stop working over that spot, ask what you would consider very high. Remember it is very expensive to replace or relocate a pipeline get what you can from them. They won't hesitate to take advantage of you. | |
