I think the most impactful (to yield) near term changes will be better control over water quality and designer microbial inoculants....tailored to soil, crop, climate, etc.

Biggest changes to monitoring testing are already here: drones -- but they will be smaller, cheaper, and more pervasive

Biggest changes to operations will be (as others have said) semi-autonomous robotic operation of equipment
