What's "corn"?

Don't have any experience with that rotation, you can download the ARS at Mandan's crop sequence calculator if you are playing with rotations. http://www.ars.usda.gov/services/software/download.htm?softwareid=3...

One big thing before and after sunflowers is moisture. They root deep and grow late so moisture can both affect the sunflowers and the next crop. Wheat for instance does well after sunflower with adequate moisture but throw a drought in and the wheat can really get hurt.
