It appears they are both on endless hold and re loop. Useful for creating some chatter at the meetings, but nothing ever comes from it year in and year out. Weren't they a pretty sure thing for 2013 already?
After dealing with some Liberty for a couple of years and seeing what it is like being tied to the same supplier for seed and chemical in limited supplies, I really am not that interested in being early to the trough on any such any more.
