It works well. We will be getting one for each of our boys.

I like it because there is almost no mess or cleanup. It is a bit of a gimmick, but it does make good sandwiches.

If I fried that sandwich in a pan, I end up with a large egg that hangs out over the edges. If I use fresh sausage, I use too much of it. This cooks the egg and keeps it to the right size. And no grease spatters.

I need to try trim some bread to fit it, rather than use english muffins. I like english muffins, but I don't eat enough of these sandwiches to keep the 6-pack of muffins fresh.
