They charge 12 cents the day you put it on storage, and 4 cents a month there after, now is that less if I sold today vs the end of the month? I'm not sure
So at those kind of prices, why wouldn't you build a bin. Assuming you sold some grain 12 months of the year, on average you are paying 12 cents plus 4x6 months. Or 36 cents per year. Have a bin paid for in 5-6 years and you control your grain. And have options depending on what basis does.
