I don't remember the variety numbers on that farm I custom cut, but Dekalb and Pioneer were planted. Rain hurt yields here too, some fields on this farm averaged 3500 with the best being 4200. Funny thing was a dryland field on a hill that out yielded an irrigated one...drainage made all the difference.
