yes you can always sell the stalls and have open space you can redesign as you want. Look at local auctions and over the last few years and see if anything in particular jumps out at you.
I do know MI has pretty good sheep and goat market. You can in and out rather quick. Sheep and goat dairies are getting more popular, people making goat cheese, soaps ect. Are you close to farmers markets with bigger cities nearby?
If you do horse boarding I would think you would need good insurance for liability. Anyone paying 400 to 500 a month to keep a horse I would think is going to expect you to do things the way They want, could in a pita | |
