Hin- you are correct. I host a corn and soybean trials for them and have asked about it and If I recall that was close to their response. I have offered to do both RR and LL in the same plot and just spray it conventionally but they said they did have companies wanting to enter them. That was several years ago that I inquired about it. FWIW
