I love hot peppers, they hurt so good! Actually the super hots, if used sparingly have some good flavor. But I wonder how the first people that tried them, reacted to them.

A lot of Asian folk here in Florida flock to the fish mongers on certain days of the week, with their coolers to pick up fish heads! I don't know what they do with them.

A guy I work with was in the Army over in Germany. He said they used to throw the ribs out from butchering hogs. They explained to the Germans how to cook them, and now they don't throw them out. But the same guy that told me this, raises and butchers his own hogs, yet he throws the heads out and buries them. Go figure.
