Central KS | TMA markets the grain for the coop in our area. They also market the new MKC facility near Sterling, KS. They are not competitive at all, and only care about becoming a monopoly. They are a joke as far as I am concerned. I will not haul a bushel to them if I can help it, or unless they decide they want to become competitive on grain prices. They will come door to door to try and get you to contract grain. Watch your back because they are shady. They will preach that their big advantage is their dividend you get each year. Don't fall for it, the new elevator they built in Rice County has yet to pay out anywhere near enough of a dividend to make up for the price gap in their bids. | |
