I got a call from a friend saying he can receive emails when he's in the south at his childrens but he can't send.  He's on Windstream.  He has the same problem with his cell phone, he can't send from it either, it's US Cellular.

I checked his account and the setup to email is  smtp.windstream.net,  I wondered if he changed that to the service of the kids location if he could then send.

I told him to just set up a gmail account but he really didn't want to do that for a number of reasons.
